- Must have Dutch health insurance
- Income below threshold (€38,520 single / €48,224 partners in 2024)

Create a DigiD account at digid.nl if you don't have one

Gather documents
Collect your BSN, income details, and health insurance information

Apply online
Submit your application at toeslagen.nl using your DigiD

Wait for decision
Receive confirmation within 8 weeks; payments are made monthly
